Terms of use
The conditions for using UtilityHub and its outputs.
Effective 8 September 2026
Using the service
By using this version of UtilityHub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use the available tools for personal or business tasks, subject to applicable law and any rights in the material you process.
No account or payment is currently required. Tool availability, limits, and browser requirements can change as the service is maintained.
Your files and responsibilities
- Only process files, text, and other material you own or have permission to use.
- Do not use the service to create unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing material.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass limits, probe infrastructure, or distribute malicious files.
- Keep originals and review every downloaded file, calculation, resume suggestion, and AI draft.
Results are practical aids
Calculations, conversions, compression estimates, resume checks, passport-photo dimensions, currency reference rates, and generated writing are provided as practical aids. They are not legal, financial, tax, immigration, employment, medical, or other professional advice.
Currency rates are dated references and exclude fees, spreads, and taxes. Resume checks do not simulate a particular employer’s applicant-tracking system. Photo dimensions do not certify acceptance by an issuing authority. AI drafts can contain errors or unsuitable wording.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available, without a promise that every browser, file, or output will work for every purpose. Device memory, WebGPU support, damaged files, encrypted PDFs, third-party availability, and network conditions can affect results.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and governing terms
Tools or access may be changed or withdrawn to protect users, maintain the service, or comply with law. Updated terms apply from the effective date shown above.
The operator’s legal identity, physical address, governing law, and dispute venue must be added before public launch. Until then, this build is a deployment-ready product source rather than a completed public legal notice.
